Runa Workshop is seeking to find a talented Architectural Designer with a minimum of 3 years of working experience. We are looking for creative, enthusiastic, self-directed, and driven people, with a collaborative spirit and an honest drive for learning. Candidates should be proficient in Autodesk Revit, demonstrate knowledge of governing codes, strong organization and coordination skills, and a solid understanding of construction processes and methods.

Requirements for this position:

  • Professional degree in Architecture

  • 3 - 5 years of working experience 

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit

  • Solid understanding of construction process and methods, codes, construction documents and construction administration

  • Strong communication and organization skills, 

Responsibilities for this position:

  • Design and design development - Candidates should be able to clearly communicate their design ideas and be able to work collaboratively in the design process.

  • Consultant coordination - Candidates must have consultant coordination experience.

  • Construction Documents -  Candidates should have construction document experience, and demonstrate that they are capable of developing plans, elevations, sections, details and schedules using Autodesk Revit.

  • Construction Administration - Candidates should be able to assist project managers in the review of submittals, shop drawings and RFIs. Knowledge of Basecamp and ProCore is desired, but not required. 

  • Code analysis and feasibility studies - Candidates shall be familiarized with governing codes to assist the team with code evaluation and studies.
